      Product Warranties

      Cascade warrants its products to conform to published specifications as found in its quotations, specification sheets, brochures and price lists.

        New Products

        New Cascade Products—consisting of attachments, hose reels, and service parts are warranted for 18 months from the date of shipment from the delivery to the Original Buyer / User OR 1500 Working Hours, whichever comes earlier.

        Remanufactured Products

        Cascade Remanufactured products are warranted for 6 months from the date of delivery to the initial user after remanufacture.

        What We Do

        Cascade will repair or replace, at its option, any part that a Cascade inspection reveals to be defective in materials or workmanship.

        Dealers & Customers

        To preserve Cascade's Warranty, Dealers and Customers must carefully follow applicable Cascade Installation Instructions, Service Manuals and Operator Guides when maintaining and operating Cascade equipment. Customers must obtain written authorization for repairs or maintenance other than removal or replacement of defective parts.

        Unauthorized repairs or alterations, use of parts not provided by Cascade, or failure to follow Cascade's Installation Instructions, Service Manuals and Operator Guides will result in loss of Warranty.

        End Users: for information on warranty, installation, or service, contact the nearest authorized Cascade Dealer.

        Exclusions

        Cascade assumes no responsibility for loss, damage or injury to person or property, or for consequential damages, resulting from the possession or use of its products. Cascade's warranty does not cover wear, tear, abnormal applications, normal or scheduled maintenance.

        THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THOSE STATED IN THIS WARRANTY AND THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION ON THE FACE OF CASCADE'S ORDER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT.

        Ordering Procedure

        Orders should refer to the quote number provided. Orders should be placed with the Cascade Corporation / Cascade India as per Supply Origin & Sales Quote Terms & Conditions. Refer to the Sales Quote for more details to avoid amendments / changes in later stage.

        Cancellations

        Cancellation of Standard OR special customer-engineered products shall force to claim charges, subject to all costs incurred by Cascade including labor, materials, engineering, and administrative costs.

        NOTICE

        All merchandise being shipped on this order has been sold F.O.B. CASCADE PLANT ( EX WORKS USA ), unless otherwise specified. Any loss or damage—visible or concealed—must be reported by you, to the delivering carrier.

        INSPECT AND COUNT THIS SHIPMENT PROMPTLY UPON RECEIPT. Cascade Corporation will not review claims for loss and damage which have not been filed against carrier within the carrier's prescribed time limits.
