Online Order Status

Authorized users can log in to see their attachments and parts orders in the Cascade Order System.

What is Online Order Status?

Online Order Status allows authorized users to login to see their attachment and parts orders in the Cascade order system. It shows orders placed up to six months prior to the login date for the user’s Cascade account number. This is a great way to get information about the history and status of orders quickly and easily.

Because the information contained in Online Order Status is confidential, we have established a system for managing access. First, you must login and become a Registered User. As a Registered User, you will have access to our parts ordering system and visibility to our standard price lists. Second, the Dealer Principal for your account must email to Cascade written authorization for each Registered User permitted to view Order Status. Please follow the steps below for each user you want Cascade to grant access to the new Online Order Status system.

Step 1
All users who want access to Order Status must first complete the online registration form.

Step 2
Complete and return the Request for Access to Order Status Form. This form MUST be signed by a Dealer Principal, Owner, President, Vice President or General Manager. A Branch Manager or Parts Manager will not suffice.

Step 3

Once we’ve received the form, we’ll give access to those users authorized by the Dealer Principal, and we'll send an e-mail indicating that they now have access to order status at www.cascorp.com. If you have any questions about setting up access to order status, please e-mail webmaster@cascorp.com .

Please note that Registered Users do not automatically gain access to Online Order Status. However, all registered users do have access to parts ordering and price lists. We recommend that you log in and check the “registered users” section in your My Cascade Dashboard to see who is registered for your account number. If you see names of employees who are no longer with your company, or who should not have access, e-mail webmaster@cascorp.com to request their account be cancelled.
